‘The first month of Sixth Form has gone in the blink of an eye and what a wonderful month it has been!? Filled with new experiences and a good few laughs along the way, our pupils have really stepped up to this new challenge. From our sunny induction day at Downhill Forest (with a delicious BBQ lunch), to Young Enterprise workshops, University visits and a celebratory tea and cake fuelled afternoon. Our Year 13 pupils have settled into this new learning adventure like the enthusiastic and adept young people they are. We are all excited to see what the next few months bring as we become ever more immersed in learning and our school community. (Hopefully it will also involve lots more cake!) But for now, enjoy what the pupils have got to say about their experiences and have a look at just a fraction of the good times we’ve had so far. There will be many more to come!’
